Cancellation Policy, Property Rules and General Information

Dear customer,
here below you will find all the information on payments, cancellations and conditions of the property. 

Cancellation and advance payment conditions

Unless otherwise communicated, reservations made through the website www.imbrianiguesthouse.it or directly with the property are refundable in case of cancellation within 30 days of the expected arrival. For subsequent cancellation requests (within 29 days of arrival) and in case of no-show (No-Show) a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.

For reservations made through third-party booking portals (e.g. Booking, Expedia, etc.) refer to the cancellation conditions communicated by them.

Children and extra beds

Children of all ages are allowed.

It is possible to request an extra bed (suitable for children up to 6 years of age) at a cost of EUR 15.00 per night (subject to availability).

Transport to/from the Airport

There are three options for reaching the facility from the airport:

• Train: €5 – the timetable can be retrieved by clicking here (select the BARI C.LE stop)
• Bus: €4 – Autolinee Tempesta (stop on the left when exiting Arrivals) timetable
• Taxi: €25 (tel. +39 080 5543333)

Parking

The following parking options are possible:

• On the street, on the blue lines near the facility at a cost of 1 euro per hour from 8.30 to 20.30 excluding holidays (free). Finding a place may be particularly complex during the evenings and on weekends
• At the following private car parks:
  • Autosilo Guadagni: via Dieta di Bari open 24/24 average cost 20 Euro per day
  • Silopark Sonnino: corso Sonnino 25/A average cost 20 Euro per day

Luggage storage

It is possible to store luggage for a long time near the station (10 min walk from the property) by booking here.

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in from 13:00 to 21:30 (check-in possible during the night hours – contact the property)
• Check-out by 10:30

Property rules

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas of the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

It is not possible to organize parties inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.
